My first impression about the exhibit is the exhibit is very big, so many paintings here. That's not my first time to go to the cultural center, but it's my first time to see Archibald Mothley's work. My first impression about his work, is most of works are scene, all lot of them are in parts. It's showing people were happy, I saw the faces in those works were black. The work which is a black man dancing with white women impressed me most, it's unusual to see black and white in a same painting, in this work, they were dancing so enjoyed, i can feel they so enjoyed that they forget the people around them.
